Its creamy consistency allows for easy mixing with RefectoCil tints to create a homogeneous paste that can be applied smoothly to lashes and eyebrows.

The convenient dropper design ensures precise and economical dispensing by gently pressing the plastic bottle. This feature also prevents impurities from entering the bottle.

Application:

1. Mix 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream with 2 cm of tint into a creamy paste using the application stick.
2. Apply the paste immediately after mixing and follow the instructions for RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.

Content:

• 100ml, sufficient for approximately 200 applications.

Important Note:
